I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Brooklyn, New York. Originally from Latvia, I bring a global perspective to fitness, blending European sensibility with NYC energy. My mission is simple: to help you feel strong, safe, and confident in your body, whether you’re working out for the first time or returning after a long break.
Fitness has been my passion for years. Over time, though, I realized that passion alone isn’t enough when you’re overwhelmed by misinformation. With so much conflicting advice out there—endless diet fads, trendy workouts, and fitness myths—it’s hard to know what actually works. That’s where I come in. I help cut through the noise and bring you a clear, effective path forward—one that’s grounded in science, built around your life, and focused on real, lasting results.
I specialize in strength training, natural bodybuilding, body transformation, longevity-focused fitness, and senior training. I work with adults of all ages, including women, gay men, and seniors who want to build muscle, lose fat, stay active, or simply feel better in their skin. Every program I create is designed with intention, based on science, and tailored to your life and goals.

If you prefer more flexibility, I also offer online fitness coaching—programs you follow on your own, with weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support to keep you moving forward.
