Fitness has always been my passion. I’ve explored nearly every training method except CrossFit. My specialties include muscle building, strength training, weight management (both loss and gain), and training seniors. I love the challenge of physical fitness—it requires a deep understanding of exercise science, strategy, and nutrition.
