Fitness has always been my passion. I’ve explored nearly every training method except CrossFit. My specialties include muscle building, strength training, weight management (both loss and gain), and training seniors. I love the challenge that physical fitness presents—it requires deep knowledge of exercise science, strategy, and nutrition.

I’m very flexible and train 7 days a week. We can always find a time that fits your schedule. However, I’m not a morning person—I start at 1 PM.
