Who do you work with?

I work with adults of all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced gym-goers. My specialties include strength training, muscle building, fat loss, senior fitness, and training for long-term health and independence. I provide a welcoming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals, women, seniors, and anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer.

Where are you located?

I provide personal training in Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, and Lower Manhattan, including residential gyms and private fitness spaces. I also offer virtual personal training for clients who prefer to train from home or are outside the NYC area.

How does virtual personal training work?

Virtual sessions are conducted over Zoom and are just as effective as in-person workouts. I guide you through customized strength and conditioning workouts, correct your form in real-time, and help you stay accountable. You don’t need fancy equipment—a few basic tools (or even just bodyweight) is enough to start.

Do you offer senior personal training?

Yes, senior personal training is one of my core specialties. I help older adults maintain strength, mobility, balance, and independence through personalized, low-impact workouts. If you're dealing with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss), joint issues, or past injuries, I’ll design a program that’s safe, effective, and easy to follow.

What makes your training different?

At VM Personal Training, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. I combine expert programming, real-time coaching, and years of experience to help you break through plateaus and get lasting results. My focus is on safety, strategy, and sustainability—not fads or extreme routines.
